Work at your fingertips? It's so painfully slow to look up anything. Why can't I just view something without needing to copy it to my shadow? I don't want to change it, just look at it? I've got plenty of time to get a cup of coffee while it copies the file and finally lets me view it. It's quicker to go to the print room.

Online approval of EC's? What used to take 15 seconds using the paper method now takes me 5 minutes. That's a 2000% increase in the time it takes. Metrics taken for a label addition EC with one BOM.

Reduce cycle time? I don't know about that but I know it takes a lot more of my time per EC. Let's see the metrics. Can I charge the extra time it's taking me to Metaphase on my timesheet?

Online access? I thought I was going to be able to access the EC process from home using my home computer. No way they say, it would take forever to transfer all that data over a telephone line.
